It’s nice to meet you here on my website. Thank you for taking the time to find out more about me. I’m a married woman living in Cape Town. I was born in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape, and grew up in Pretoria, Gauteng. I graduated from Rhodes University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Philosophy. My passion for life and the human brain got me searching for a way to apply my studies in a way to help others struggling to find their way through life.

I obtained a Scholarship through the International Coach Academy, an internationally recognized institute based in Australia and USA. The two year intensive Certified Professional Coach program prepared me for all aspects of personal growth, covering an extensive range of theoretical and practical classes. I graduated in 2012 with a specialty in Work-Life Balance.

In 2026 I completed an NLP coaching course through Think Coach Academy in Johannesburg which equipped me with the ability to use neuro-linguistic programming techniques to help women through burnout and overwhelm.

Since becoming a coach I have spent my time on my own personal growth journey, putting into practice the skills and techniques I learned, living the essence of learning and thriving. I’ve developed my strength, resilience, focus and determination over the years working towards my changing goals over time and have found myself right back at the learning mindset.

It is with this growth mindset that I am opening my coaching practice here in Cape Town, offering both in-person coaching and online coaching for women who want or need change in their lives, or who are facing situations they need to take charge of. I’m here to partner with you on your path of personal growth towards setting and achieving your goals and dreams.
